1. You can reach Trivandrum by road, rail or by air. From the railway station or airport, Damor Homestay can accessed by bus or cab, or we can pick you up upon request. This homestay is only 9 kms from airport & 4 kms from the railway station.

2. Round-the-clock car/chauffeur facility could be provided upon request.

3. Damor Homestay is beside a beautiful river-front villa, with an area of 3500 sq.ft.

4. You can avail one or all of the 4 bedrooms.

5. The rooms are provided with dressing space, wardrobe facility, sufficient storage area, all in well designed space.

6. The 2 floors of this magnificient building is completely architect designed and had a ethnic feel to it.

7. Ample space is provided for car parking

8.  Special rooms for servants room along with toilet is available.

9. Pantry/large dining hall which can accommodate more than 15 guest at a time is arranged in the ground floor. Vegetarian and & non-vegetarian food is served on order.

10.  You can also cook food on your own. All utensils and cutlery and accessories are available
 

11. Grocery and other materials would be brought to the homestay upon order or you can purchase them from the market nearby according to your choice.

12. Refigerator is available for your use.

13. Mineral water is available 24hrs.

14.  A round-the-clock caretaker looks after your requirements in the best possible manner.

15. A semi open health room overlooking the river could be used for yoga and exercising

16. Each room can accommodate 2+ guests

Kovalam Beach has been a favourite haunt of tourists since the 1930s. Kovalam consists of three adjacent crescent beaches. The Lighthouse beach is the most popular.

Padmanabha Swamy Temple

The temple is located inside the East Fort and is a blend of the Kerala and Dravidian styles of architecture. It is known for its mural paintings and stone carvings.

Kuthiramalika Palace Museum

The palace is a rare specimen of workmanship in the traditional Travancore style of architecture with exquisite wood carvings. The palace museum displays paintings and various priceless collections of the Royal family.

The Napier Museum

Built in the 19th century, this  "naturally' air-conditioned museum houses a rare collection of archaeological and historic artefacts, bronze idols, ancient ornaments, a temple chariot and ivory carvings.

Sree Chitra Art Gallery 

Located near the Napier Museum. This gallery displays select paintings of Raja Ravi Varma, Svetlova and Nicholas Roerich and exquisite works from the Rajput, Mughal and Tanjore schools of Art in India.
